Frequently Asked Questions 

How much is the delivery fee? 

Delivery fee will be $5 per location islandwide. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island. All orders of $40 and above will be entitled to free delivery. 

Can I choose the date of delivery? 

You are able to choose your preferred date of delivery by adding a note to your order before you check out. However, please note that it will be subjected to availability. We will arrange the date of delivery with you via whatsapp after your order is confirmed. 

Is there self collection? 

Yes, orders can be self collected from 187b Bedok North Street 4 Singapore 462187.

What if I'm not at home to collect my order? 

Upon arrival of the delivery within the time frame, if there is no party to receive the orders and the customer cannot be contacted, we reserve the right to leave the order at the door of the delivered address. The order will then be deemed as completed. If the customer wish to arrange a redelivery, there will be a redelivery fee of $8 applied. 

If I order online today, when is the earliest date to collect or deliver? 

As our products are made to order and freshly baked before delivery, orders will take 2 - 3 days to process. We will contact you via whatsapp to arrange the earliest date of delivery and collection. 

What are your available date of delivery? 

We deliver on Monday to Saturday between 3pm and 9pm. 

Can I choose a specific time frame for my delivery? 

We will try our best to accommodate your timing, however, it is not guaranteed. All deliveries will be made between 3pm and 9pm. 

Are your products halal? 

Unfortunately, our products are not certified halal. 

Can I add a personalised gift note to my order?

Of course you can! We love a personalised message too. You may add a gift note in your cart before you check out. 

Can I request my orders to be packed separately or into smaller package?

If you would like to pack your order into different packages, please state your request when we contact you to arrange the date of delivery/collection. 

Can I make any changes to my order? 

You may make changes to your order, we will try to accommodate if we are able to. You may contact us at sales@schoolbellbakery.com or when we contact you to arrange the date of delivery/collection. However, please take note that no refunds will be made if the order amount after the change is lesser. 

Can I cancel my order? 

Please take note that no refunds will be made upon cancellation.
